January always feels like the longest month of the year, doesn’t it? I mean, it’s barely over and it already feels like it’s July…albeit cold!
It’s like that one long day that never ends, where time slows down, just to make sure you feel every painful second. But, sometimes, it’s the perfect time to dive into projects and focus on self-improvement.
The beginning of the year started by giving the bedroom a much-needed makeover.
Out with the old (not the husby), and in with the new. The upgrade to the bedroom wasn’t just a paint job. We replaced the old furniture that we’ve had for years and was falling to bits. We even extended the wardrobe.
I had a vision, and while it doesn’t 100% match up with what I had in my head, I am so happy with the final result.
