Rush’s In-house Comp

Loads of functional fitness gyms run little in‑house comps, and this is the first of many that Rush will have. Everyone at the gym is at different levels, but that doesn’t matter. We all support and push each other to do our best.

My partner was Daisy, and we only went and won! I didn’t think I was actually competitive, but we pushed each other. Honestly, it was all about the vibe more than anything. I had a great time and I am looking forward to the next in-house competition that we do.
