Mentally, I would say that March has been one of the most challenging periods that I’ve had in a long time.
Don’t worry, I’m not talking about “Fucked up Mike” coming back and taking over.
This is more everyday stress, trials and tribulations!
It’s been an eye-opening period for me, and I feel that I need to make a change for myself as I can’t see things changing otherwise!

During COVID-19 I started to cross-stitch to help with my mental health. Here is a collate of all the work I’ve completed through the years
Talking Points
So…normally, I would use this space to write about a few things that happened in March. However, when I came to write things down, it was clear they were not short stories.
So, instead of making this post too long, I decided to break them out into their own articles.
Any other articles written in March will appear in the ‘Monthly Highlights’ section of this post. However, the new posts I’ve done were written in April, so they would appear in next month’s ‘Today is all about’ post!
However, it still feels apt to highlight them here as they were part of this month.
Sports Direct
Who knew ordering some trainers from Sports Direct would be such a nightmare? It took nearly a month, several “lost” deliveries and poor customer service to get them.
You can read the full story here.
CrossFit Games 2024
After nearly 7 years of doing CrossFit to keep fit, I have never wanted to participate in any sort of competition, as it has never really been something on my radar!
However, it feels like I should experience at least one competition just to say that I have done it.
So here is my experience of competing in CrossFit Games 2024.
